These terms describe the basis on which Timill provides its website and product. Detailed contractual terms for paid plans are agreed separately in your order form or master service agreement.
You may browse timill.com for any lawful purpose. The content, design and code of the website are owned by Timill or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Access to the Timill product requires a paid subscription and acceptance of our service agreement. Your organisation remains the owner of any data it stores in Timill. We act as the processor on your behalf.
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timill is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability for the product is set out in your service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Vaasa, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
